We recently surveyed our entire team to discover who Empirical really is. This is what we discovered:

We love to learn, create and share. 50% of us are ready to spend more than eight hours a day online, while everyone else falls between five and two. We read between one and three hours a day. Most of us are on Facebook (probably right now) connecting and sharing info.

We listen to a variety of music from classical to blues, R&B to rock. A good percentage of us listen to music most people hid in the closet years ago. Collectively, we attended a whopping 220 concerts so far in 2007!

We're a little geeky. 90% of us have more than two emails addresses. On average, we each own two computers, know how to use Photoshop, and are almost entirely split in half on Mac or PC preference.

We take care of ourselves. As a whole, we play lots of sports such as equestrian, soccer, basketball, golf, tennis, pilates, kung fu and snowboarding. We aren't afraid of pedicures, manicures or early mornings. Surprisingly, the majority of us are morning people however we also drink a lot of coffee. Only some of us admit to talking too much but many of us own up to barbequing long after the summer has passed.

We speak Spanish, Bulgarian, Portuguese, French, German, Russian, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Slovak, Italian, Japanese and Chinese (two dialects in fact). We collectively speak over 20 programming languages (did I mention we're a little geeky). Our extended family continues to grow with 30 children at home. 60% of us love dogs, 30% prefer cats and 10% of us prefer our PC's to pets.

Our career history is bountiful with the majority of us having at least two agencies under our career belt and 20% of us fearless self starters who have worked for ourselves. We have many University graduates and a few who dabbled in the thought.

While only one of has sky dived, over 70% of us dreamed of being an astronaut at one time or another. So we aren't afraid to reach for the stars, we just aren't too keen on finding our way down by parachute.
