Don brings a wealth of industry knowledge to Empirical and has enjoyed success with recognized leaders in the marketing and analytics industry including, Ogilvy & Mather, Air Miles, Scotiabank and Fair Isaac.

At Air Miles, Don was a member of the original 6-person executive management team plus the pre-launch task force that created Canada's largest and most successful loyalty program.

Don's roots are in Scotland but he has settled quite-nicely-thank you in Toronto. Don enjoys life and all it has to give. Sports certainly get their fair share of Don's mind with soccer leading the pack. These days his wonky knee dictates that he watches instead of play.
