Ian McKinnon leads the Office of the President at Empirical that consists of Chief Financial Officer David Garland and Vice President of Marketing Don Cochrane.

Ian is also an independent member of the Empirical Board of Directors.

David comes to Empirical with a wealth of senior public company financial experience in the technology and software licensing sectors. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer to TSX-listed Tri-Vision International, an IP licensor of V-chip globally and distributor/manufacturer to the cable industry.

Don Cochrane is a bottom-line driven integrated communications specialist with demonstrated strategic and operational skills in CRM communications, database, direct and loyalty marketing.

As the Creative Director for Empirical, Ben is responsible for overseeing the creative team and defining the company's creative vision. Ben has spent the majority of his professional life online having successfully built and sold Pomegranate, an integrated marketing and online communications firm.
